What Is A Domestic EPC?

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a rating system that assesses a property’s prospective energy efficiency and carbon dioxide emissions. These numbers are computed by extrapolating the energy efficiency and carbon dioxide emissions that would result from implementing energy-saving measures
